This is the behavior God loves

PROPHET Muhammad Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam is a servant of Allah who when doing a good deed he firmly establishes in implementing it. It means that he decides to do some kindness, so that kindness will become a habit that he always does. Until his wife Aishah radi 'anha said:

"When Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) performed a 'charity, then he firmly established himself. And when he falls asleep all night or he is ill, he will pray in the morning of twelve cycles. "(HR Muslim 1235)

So, our example of Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam has given an example of how much he cares for continuous in practice. He does not know the seasonal habits. Once committed to doing something he will continue to do it. Even if there is an obstacle to doing it then he will try to replace it at another time. An example is the night prayer. When the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was asleep or sick so as not to pray the night, he "paid" him by performing sunnah salat during the day as many as twelve rak'ahs.

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) even once said that a small act of continuity is continuously being preferred by God rather than a great act but because of the weight it is only done by a person seasonally. When the season is eager he will do it. But when the season is lethargic, then he will leave the act. The Prophet (saw) said:

"Do the charity according to willingness. For surely Allah will not be tired until you become bored. And indeed the most charitable deeds are those who are constantly doing even a little. "(HR Abu Dawud 1161)

The Companions of Abdullah bin Amr bin Ash were once reprimanded by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam because he was found to be salat night but then his spirit had faded. So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam immediately said to him:

"O Abdullah, do not be like the Fulan. He used to be salat night, then he left the night prayer. "(HR Bukhary 1084)

My brother, let us be like our predecessors. Whenever they choose a 'charity sholeh or' charity worship to be done, they are determined to do it continuously, not to the wind. Therefore, do not be ambitious in choosing a good deed. Start from the lightweight and sure we can do it. Then make sure that every day we work. Do not forget to ask God to keep our hearts firmly in doing so.

"O Allah, who turns you away, strengthen my heart in your religion." (HR Tirmidzi 2066)

If we choose for every morning to issue a regular infaq even if "only" one thousand rupiah, then do it. If we choose to do dhuha prayers, then get it everyday to do it. If we choose to read the Qur'an every day and a half, then do it as best as possible. If we choose to pray three times a week, then try to continue working on it. It is better to be determined to be able to perform tahajjud prayers every night.

There is something interesting about the teachings of Allah Al-Islam. In a hadith of the Prophet Muhammad shollallahu 'alaih wa sallam gives us good news. Especially for believers who already have 'routine routine deeds routinely work diligently. This hadith states that the person who is ill or is in the course of alias safar, then all his routine habits will still be recorded as a reward / reward in the presence of Allah even though he does not actually do it. As we know that the disease often hinders us from doing so as we are healthy and healthy. Similarly, the person on the move. The safar habits often block a person from being able to do the usual routine he does when he is living in a place not being safari.

"If a servant is sick or is traveling (traveling), then note for him 'the deeds he usually does when he is healthy and is not traveling." (HR Bukhary 2774)

My dear, this special thing only applies to those who already have the habits of sholeh or 'charity worship that has been continuously done. Therefore, my brother, while still alive, let us begin to familiarize ourselves with 'good deeds continuously, though small.

O Allah, strengthen our hearts in following obedience in Your way. Amiin.
